Federico (nickname Fedmich) is a great freelance web developer. He has both normal web development skills as well as application software programming skills.

He is highly flexible and has multiple technical skill sets and the ability to look at other applications and quickly replicate their functionality.

His written english is very good, I dont have a lot of experience with him face to face (most of our work together has been via chat or email)
I have used him for a number of projects including a full time gig that went for 7 months and would recommend him for outsourcing your development work.
