Federico (nickname Fedmich) is a great freelance web developer. He has both normal web development skills as well as application software programming skills.

He is highly flexible and has multiple technical skill sets and the ability to look at other applications and quickly replicate their functionality.

His written english is very good, I dont have a lot of experience with him face to face (most of our work together has been via chat or email)
I have used him for a number of projects including a full time gig that went for 7 months and would recommend him for outsourcing your development work.
He got on very well with our development team which included people from Australia, Russia, Pakistan and India and productive and worked well across multiple cultures and time zones.

Due to completion of our development project we are no longer using him however I will continue to use him as opportunities arise.

Federico is an extremely talented developer. He is young and full of vigor. He never stops until a certain task is done and fully working. He delivers the project on time and on budget. He is also flexible to small revisions and doesn't charge you much but most of the time it's free! I worked with Federico on several IT projects and among those is our project with a Japanese clientele. I really appreciate his patience in dealing with our Japanese counter parts because it took him around 2 to 3 hours a day of skype phone call to get the instructions from Japan.
