Since wala sa contract ng PLDT (if you are not in business plan) ang CIR or Committed Internet Rate may tendency pa nga yang bumaba as low as dialup speed of below 10kbps.
Dapat you surveyed sa location ninyo muna before getting an ISP.

why isn’t pldt more efficient and customer care sucks..today is 16th August 2009 and still after 5 days..nothing
Absolutely No internet here..NOTHING!!! for 5 days straight! where on earth do you see on pldt home page anything about the cable problem? NOWHERE…when will they have the problems fixed…you cant get through..the customer care haven’t a clue ..PLDT is HOPELESS

Yeah, I know the feeling. they are keen on getting as many new subscribers and doesnt care if they are giving low quality services and doesnt care also if they lose clients because of this.

so frustrasted with pldt. what service is this. I still have to call them daily to inform them the internet is down or intermittent. and despite this situation you cannot apply for a rebate coz d lost of service is not the entire 24 hrs. eto ang problema sa monopoly. Also, they continue to sell the service without upgrading the system first.
