more than 2 months ko nang problem tong internet na nadidisconnect every hour and every day
and itong telephone line ko naman ay nag-iistatic.
puro incompetent ata ang mga pldt employees as bakit tumatagal ng ganito katagal para isolve ang problem.
yung mga technician, they keep on closing the “ticket reports” even if the problems are not solved at all.
memorized na nga daw nya ang surname ko at telephone number na nirereport ko.
yung mga CSR, they keep on transfering or disconnecting the current call. I keep on waiting long minutes on their 171 tech support.
yung mga taga-billing, magulo and they wont acknowledge the rebates that I am rightfully should get for the troubles that I’m having now. (dumating na ung bills namin and wala namang kahit pisong rebates)
yung supervisors, naman magaling mag-promise but cant deliver the promises they make. they said “sir, I’ll personally coordinate with … and will call you back…” but I didnt receive a return call.
so in short, puro liars ang mga tao dun, mapaemployee or supervisors ![]()
kainis and very unprofessional.
if I log every calls I made with the 171, it would probably be more than 60 calls na amounting to approximately 80 hrs…
Napakadaming time ko ang nasasayang ng ganito, dapat ay sa work ko ginagamit ang mga time na un.
I’m very disappointed with PLDT.
I’m currently researching and finding alternatives to PLDT.
if anyone have suggestions na puede naming gamitin pamalit d2 po sa las pinas, pls leave a comment below.
