Just went to the office of Nice Print Photo in Pasig to get our long-overdue wedding album, guest book and edited videos in dvd. Its been 6 months since our wedding. The problem this time is that we weren’t able to get our unedited copies of the wedding video, and the final edited DVD has no label of our name and date of wedding even if we called them several times to confirm if everything is prepared before we go to their office… we want to avoid traveling to get there as much as possible as it will take us a total of 6 hrs to get there (traffic/hassle included
). I’m not sure whose fault it is this time as their pointing blame at each other (as they usually do)
I wanna warn everyone about the low quality and unsatisfactory service we received with them. From unfriendly employee, to inconsiderate and faulty scheduling of the editing/printing of our albums. They promised and said in the contract that our photo albums/video will be within us after 2 months but we got it after 6 months.
we are really unhappy and we believe they are NOT worth the huge amount of money that we paid them.
We DON’T recommend Nice Print Photo on your Wedding Events.
Update (5/22/2009)
We got the video already last May 16, saturday.
Our wedding was dec and its already may, hence I said its 6 months already.
It’s not the “very next day” as charisse said in the comments, it took them another week when we requested before they sent the video via LBC (May 4-May 16).
We’ve made numerous attempt to try and contact the owner or even just the secretary of their boss to address the issue directly with them. I called the office for maybe 10 times to ask to pls set some appointment so they can hear what happened with us.

Dec 6
Wedding day
We received our guestbook on time, the layout is good but it’s only 5 pages. As written in our contract it should be 10 pages and the added additional pages does not look good.
Feb 27
Received text from Jun, album layout ready for viewing. We requested him to just email the layout.
Mar 3
Received layout via email, 1st layout.
Mar 9
Replied and sent the revision. revisions are wrong spellings and captions and just a few reorganizations of pictures
April 14
We received another mail for revised and final layout
Apr 20
Nice print texted: dvd-edited video is ready for pickup.
but the album is still isnt ready so we decided to wait till everything is ready.
May 1
called again to check if everything is ready before we go there. they said delivery will only be on May 3 (sunday)
May 3
Called via phone again before we went to their office, asked if everything is really ready including the videos. they said yes.
May 4
Went to Niceprint to get Wedding DVD video and photo album, and wall frame but the edited-video isnt ready yet, waited for 30 mins as they just recorded it at the time we arrive the office. opposite to what they said it was ready for pickup.
The DVD has no labels, pictures and the unedited video is not ready.
We requested to pls just send it to our home via lbc as we can’t afford anymore time and money to go again there, since this is their mistake.
We tried to watch the video for a few minutes in the office, we didnt tested the whole dvd as we trusted it was ok. when we got home that night I immidiately tried to copy the dvd video, but the 2nd half of the dvd isnt working right.
May 15
It took another week before they can send the video via LBC.
May 16
Video received… finally.
We wont list all of different mistakes and disappointments that we had over the past months.
It’s too time consuming, and we feel that its not necessary anymore.
I think that instead of avoiding and denying all of these complaints you are having. You could have started with a simple apology which we didnt get since the beginning of the different mistakes we encountered.
and I should mentioned you texted last night
“For what it’s worth, our apologies…”
that’s the first apology we got. It doesnt feel sincere though.
Apology accepted but we just wont be using your services again next time with what happened
and wont be recommending it to our family and friends.
