Having PLDT Disconnection problems again, this time almost every hour.
I tried to log the time using F5 on notepad…

(6/22/2009 today) called again and tried to reach the pldt supervisor,
supervisor said he’ll return call to me.
he lied, just like all the call center agents.

Our PLDT landline was down from May 23 to May 26, their excuse is that they are fixing their “Cabinets” and even if the line now is connected, we may still experience some problems within this week…

I hate PLDT for doing this, they should notify us first before they decide to disconnect the lines. no landline/dialtone means no internet for us

I think their slogan should be, PLDT “Disconnecting People”
