Tokyo Game Show begins this week and the XBOX 360 fired the first shots in what looks like to be a very big show for all platforms as we draw closer to the holiday season.
Japanese hardware and software companies will take center stage for the most part, with Sony and Nintendo trying to get a one up on their rivals in the states. Most of the big Japanese software developers were quiet at E3 this year and will announce many of their big exclusive titles for the PS3 and Wii at this years show.
However, Microsoft was able to keep one big exclusive in their house of cards. To the disappointment of PS3 fans who had the chance to experience Ninja Gaiden Sigma this summer, Ninja Gaiden 2 will be published by Microsoft and will only be available on the 360. Tecmo boss Tomonobu Itagaki was present at the Microsoft TGS press conference and gave everyone a first hand glimpse at NG2.

Animations and new attacks look sweet. The ability to change your weapons on the fly is a nice addition. Graphics still look the same as Ninja Gaiden: Sigma, so hopefully there is an improvement in that aspect. This is still pre-alpha stage.
